Terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions apply to the voucher promotion run by Kalkhoff Werke GmbH, Europa Allee 26, 49685 Emstek, Germany.

This promotion is subject exclusively to German law.

The promotion is limited to 3,000 vouchers and the following Kalkhoff e-bike models:

Image 1 and 3 models
Endeavour 1 and 3 models
Entice 1 and 3 models
Agattu 1 and 3 models

When you use the voucher and proof of purchase of one of the selected models is provided, Kalkhoff will issue the Kalkhoff partner with a credit note worth € 200 gross.

Who is eligible?

Any natural person aged 18 or above is eligible to take part in the promotion. Any individual person is only permitted to take part in the promotion once. Employees of Kalkhoff Werke GmbH and their dependants are excluded from participating in the promotion.

Only authorised Kalkhoff partners with a valid partner contract are eligible to participate.

This promotion applies from 20.06.2023 exclusively to new sales at a Kalkhoff partner.

Data protection

The provision of data is voluntary, but essential for participation in the promotion. Data not required for participation is marked accordingly. The personal data will be used for notification purposes and to facilitate sale and handover of the e-bike. We guarantee that personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

Liability

There is no entitlement to participate in the promotion. Complaints concerning the organisation of this promotion must be addressed to Kalkhoff within 14 days of the reason for the complaint becoming known, citing details of the promotion. Complaints submitted late or by telephone will not be processed. Any questions, complaints, and claims relating to the promotion may only be brought against Kalkhoff.

Validity of these terms and conditions

Whenever you participate in the Kalkhoff voucher promotion, only the terms and conditions available to download at that time will apply. Please therefore check the terms and conditions before participating. If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or incomplete, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions. The provision of inaccurate data or unlawful use of the promotion can result in exclusion. If this happens, you will not be notified. Any legal action is precluded. With the exception of postal charges for sending the voucher, there are no costs for taking part in the promotion.
