The new Kalkhoff Brand World is located directly on-site at our new production site in the Emstrek Ecopark in the district of Cloppenburg.

Of course, the best way to get to us is by bike. But if you can't, take the A1 autobahn exit "Cloppenburg, Emstek, Friesoythe, Visbek" and then follow the B72 until you get to the "Emstek/Drantum (ECOPARK)" exit. On-site visitor parking is available. We will then welcome you at the entrance under the sign "MOVES YOU EVERYWHERE".

As a manufacturer, we provide you with professional advice and let you test ride a wide range of Kalkhoff models to help you find the perfect Kalkhoff e-bike for you. Sales, collection and servicing take place at one of our specialist retail partners near you. As usual, you can purchase your e-bike from a specialist dealer or via the Click&Collect service on our website.

Factory tours are by prior arrangement only. You can register for a factory tour here. 

The tour is particularly suitable for anyone who is interested in bikes or wants to know more about them. People with disabilities who feel able to take part in a tour lasting just under two hours and covering a distance of around one kilometre are very welcome. A lift is available, but there are no seating options or breaks during the tour

Visiting our Brand World and testing our bikes is free, as is the factory tour of our production facility and offices.

20 people can take part in the factory tour. Larger groups can also be accommodated by arrangement, but these will be divided up during the tour.

Factory tours can be booked in German and English.

A factory tour takes about three hours. The start time depends on our production times, which are generally in the morning.

A free drink is included in the factory tour programme. By prior arrangement, our canteen offers lunch for an additional charge.

We recommend you wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing to ensure you enjoy your ride on the outdoor test track. Helmets must be worn on all test rides! We will provide the helmets.

1. Image and sound recordings are not permitted in the office building or in the production facility. You can take pictures or film your experiences in Brand World, in the history exhibition and on the test site.

2. The instructions of the guide or of Brand World staff must be followed at all times.

3. Visitors may only walk on marked paths and may not move away from the group during the tour.

4. Do not touch any bicycle parts or the bicycles themselves, and do take any objects away with you.

5. Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in the halls or in the office building. Smoking is only permitted outside the building in the designated areas. Pets are not allowed.

6. Any guest considered to be under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to take part in the tour and may be removed from the premises.

7. In the event of misbehaviour or disturbances during the tour, the guide may also require participants to leave the premises. Kalkhoff accepts no liability for any damage to property or personal injury.

8. Kalkhoff reserves the right to suspend or cancel guided tours without substitution - even at short notice - for operational or safety-related reasons. No costs are incurred for this, but no claims for damages may be asserted.

9. In the event of a fire, all persons must leave the building quickly and gather at the assembly points marked in orange.

For the registration of minors, please complete the declaration of consent form and print out and bring the first page with you when you visit.
